The service provider shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information provided by the client or their representatives. Clients are responsible for communicating relevant care requirements and instructions.
The client agrees to hold the service provider harmless against claims, losses, or damages arising from the client's actions, omissions, misuse of services, or failure to follow agreed care arrangements, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Services may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events. In such situations, every reasonable effort will be made to communicate service updates and alternative arrangements where possible.
Any concern or dispute related to services should first be addressed through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the governing jurisdiction.
Any modifications to this agreement must be documented in writing and mutually accepted by both parties before becoming effective.
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India and the jurisdiction in which the services are provided.
Care attendants and support personnel assigned for service delivery remain under the administration and management of the service provider. Clients are requested to coordinate service-related matters through authorized communication channels.
By availing of our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Customer Agreement.
